You cannot see the answers your buyers see.
Every AI answer is generated fresh. Nobody sends you a report of what it said.
Buyers ask AI which product to choose. Firemark tracks those answers on a schedule, and MCP lets Claude and ChatGPT read your data.

Named in 312 of 625 answers.
Each square is about four answers.
Buyers now shortlist vendors by asking ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI answers. Those answers name a few brands and skip the rest. Search rankings and traffic reports cannot tell you which side of that line you are on.

A rival named in a "best tool for..." answer takes the shortlist before a buyer visits your site.
Clicks fall while buyers still research. Leadership asks why, and rank tracking has no answer.
An AI visibility tool measures how often AI assistants name and link your brand when people ask buying questions, and how you compare with competitors. It asks a fixed set of prompts across several AI engines on a schedule and records who is named, who is linked, and how that changes.
One set of buyer questions, asked on five engines, repeated on a schedule you choose.
Engines tracked, US English
"Named" means your brand appears in the answer text. "Linked" means your site appears among the sources. A link alone never counts as a mention.
Group questions by where the buyer is, from first research to final comparison, and see which stage you win or lose.
Add 1 to 10 competitors and see your rank against them, run after run.
The Overview opens with one sentence: how many answers named you, out of how many asked, and where you rank. Beneath it, a rank chart shows how that moved over time.
The Firemark MCP server lets Claude and ChatGPT read your AI visibility data directly, so you can ask questions in plain language instead of building reports.

The basics
An AI visibility tool measures how often AI assistants name and link your brand when people ask buying questions, and how you compare with competitors. It asks a fixed set of prompts across several AI engines on a schedule and records who is named, who is linked, and how that changes.
Rank trackers report a position for a keyword on a results page. AI answers have no fixed positions. Firemark records whether your brand is named, whether your site is linked, and how competitors fare across many prompts and engines, and repeats on a schedule.
ChatGPT (web, logged out), Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Gemini, in US English. Lite covers ChatGPT, AI Overviews and AI Mode, Starter adds Gemini, and Growth and Pro cover all five. Claude is coming.
Each answer is scored by a model, and uncertain answers are checked a second time. Firemark reports counts as measured, shows a percentage only when the sample is large enough, and reports a movement only after repeated runs. See the limits of the method on this page.
The United States and English only. Every engine is asked from a US location in English.
Firemark reads ChatGPT's web app in a logged-out session from the US, so no personal account or history shapes the answer. It does not use the ChatGPT API. Single answers vary from one ask to the next, so counts are reported as measured.
AI share of voice is the share of AI answers that name your brand, set against the share that name your competitors. Firemark counts the answers that name you out of all the answers collected in a run, gives each competitor you track the same count, and ranks you among them. A competitor named in fewer than 10 answers of a run shows as “fewer than 10” and gets no rank.
There is no universal good score, because the figure depends on your prompts, your market and who you compete with. Firemark reports how many answers name you and how many link your site. Read that count against your competitors and across several runs. A movement is called only after three comparable runs and a change of 5 points or more.
Start by finding where you are absent. Firemark shows which prompts and funnel stages do not name you, which competitors are named instead, and which sites the engines cite in those answers. Those cited sites show where coverage would help. Firemark measures your visibility and does not edit your content.
MCP
MCP lets Claude and ChatGPT read your AI visibility results. Connect the Firemark MCP server to Claude or ChatGPT, sign in with your Firemark account, approve access, then ask questions in plain language. Read tools cover brands, overview, engines, competitors, cited sources, prompts and the run log.
It reads your latest published run, with answer snippets of up to 500 characters and no full answers. It can draft a prompt set or propose changes to your prompts and competitors, and you confirm them in the app. It cannot start runs, change your schedule or engines, or touch billing or members.
Setup and data
Five guided steps. Most brands see first results within about an hour.
Yes. Keep 1 to 10 competitors per brand, each with a website, and edit your prompts in Setup. You can generate prompts, import your own from a CSV or write them by hand. Adding a competitor fills in its history from answers already stored. Changing more than a quarter of your prompts starts a new comparison baseline.
Daily, weekly or monthly, up to your plan's fastest cadence. Lite runs weekly at most and every other plan can run daily. Runs start overnight, US Eastern time.
Full answers and sources are kept for 13 months. Counts, verdicts, snippets and findings are kept for the life of your account. You can download CSV files from the Prompts, Engines, Competitors and Sources screens and for each run. Full answers are not in the CSV.
Plans and billing
Your plan sets how many prompts you can track, shared across your brands. Setup shows your allowance before you save, and a basket over the allowance cannot run. Add extra prompts at $89 a month per 100, or move to a larger plan.
Unlimited seats on every plan. Every member has the same access to all brands. Only the account owner manages the plan, cancels or removes members.
There is no free trial. Plans bill monthly. Upgrades take effect at once and are charged pro rata, downgrades start at the end of the billing period, and the owner cancels from the billing portal. After you cancel, your data stays read-only for 90 days and is then deleted.
